Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This application proposes testing of an automobile race team operations system for telemetry communications between crew and race vehicles in support of the Freedom 250 Grand Prix in Washington D. C. on the 22nd and 23rd of August 2026. An STA is necessary because the system uses equipment that cannot be licensed in the United States at the moment, and it is proof of concept testing for technology under development. Please see attached narrative.
