My company is a WISP located in the Northern Adirondacks of Northern NY state. We purchased Carslon Wireless TV Whitespace equipment to test. It is my understanding that I must apply for an STA before testing can begin.

My WISP is confronted by many challenges due to the geographical and topographical layout of Northern NY state where my business is located. Most of my business lies within the Adirondacks and the Adirondack Park which has many challenges, especially of the geographical and topological type. As a result, we purchased TV Whitespace equipment to test to see if we can use this as an additional tool in our WISP Toolbox to be able to reach the unserviced and the underserved areas that we currently work in and can expand into to bring broadband internet to those areas that are in desparate need of access.
