Motorola proposes to conduct demonstrations of prototype equipment for the City and the County of San Diego commencing during the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference to be held in San Diego beginning November 8, 2008. In preparation for those demonstrations, Motorola also seeks authority to conduct preliminary tests at its facilities in Sterling, Illinois, commencing September 15, 2008.
