Motorola currently has a 700 MHz experimental license under call sign WC2XJT. We've been asked to provide radio communications at the FTAA (Free Trade America's Agreement) convention in Miami. Our license does not include the Miami site. Therefore we are applying for an STA so that we may provide vital communications for the event.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The system will be used at the FTAA convention in Miami, FL to coordinate police, fire and emrgency medical services. They are expecting numerous protestors and this system will be to aid communications during the event. We are requesting time to set up and test the radio system.
