We would like to obtain a license to operate a new device we have developed at MIT. The device emits a wideband frequency hopping signal (hops between 5.46-7.25GHz) at very low power -- in compliance with FCC part 15.250 for low-power, non-licensed transmitters.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
To operate a new device. The device is intended for research purposes. We would like to test the ability of the device, in indoor environments, to track motion of people using reflections of wireless signals off their bodies. We would also like to test the ability of the device to extract users breathing and heart rates by relying on the reflections of wireless signals off their bodies.
