This is required to authorize Metreas electromagnetic attack activities using Canary and Finch during Project Convergence Capstone 6 (PC-C6) at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA, from 5–29 July 2026. This ensures the required spectrum access and coordination necessary to conduct electronic warfare experimentation in support of experimentation objectives.

We have been invited to participate in PC-C6, an official exercise with the United States Army in Fort Irwin, CA. We were told by the Army Spectrum Managers for the exercise that we needed to apply for a STA in order to participate with our hardware.

The hardware is called CANARY. It is essentially our companys single board computer, which enables wifi survey and through COTS cellular SIM modules, enables control via the native cellular network. It functions just like any other cellular device and utilizes, provider SIMS, with paid accounts to establish this service.
