Please explain the purpose of operation:
This short-term testing will involve utilizing handheld devices leveraging a 5G network to task and provide two-way communication between users and a ground based 5G hub that will relay information to a network of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). The aircraft will be operated consistent with FAA Part 107 and will not exceed 400 feet AGL in altitude. All outdoor testing operations will be conducted exclusively at the Lockheed Martin Waterton campus.
