Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Lockheed Martin Corporation holds an experimental license to operate on the frequencies that are the subject of this request (Call Sign WE2XVK). There is currently a need, in order to conduct a brief period of testing at variance from the license, for Special Temporary Authority for the dates identified below. Specifically, Lockheed Martin wishes to conduct testing on the 902.5 MHz and 904.4 MHz frequencies consistent with the attached material. Please note that the testing at each of the two locations is intended to be no more than 12 minute transmissions, once per hour, during a three hour period over a period of two days.
