Lockheed Martin Corporation has been invited by DoD to demonstrate a developmental radar technology at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Operations are temporary-only and not planned to be conducted for more than 60 days. Accordingly, an experimental Special Temporary Authority is the appropriate licensing vehicle for these options.
