Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant requests STA to participate in a rehearsal event for the Aerial Dragnet Phase 2 Final Demonstration, conducted in San Diego, CA. The subject operations are intended for very short duration in and around the San Diego area. This rehearsal event will include the testing of static and UAS-deployed sensors in an Area of Regard (AOR) that covers a 20 square kilometers in San Diego.
