The radio testing will evaluate advanced algorithms for airborne platforms for suitability for use on the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Long Endurance AOEW Platform (LEAP) Program. Airborne platforms will not exceed 400 feet. All operations are conducted at facilities owned by the applicant, with appropriate marking and hazard limitations.
