Applicant seeks authority to conduct a series of INDOOR-ONLY testing within its labs to validate the performance of an internal research and development technology. The operations will only be conducted indoors, including with shielding, and the power requirements are relatively low, thus we estimate the potential for interference with other users to be virtually zero.
