Please explain the purpose of operation:
Applicant seeks authority to radiate a 2.0m SIPR NIPR Access Point (SNAP) satellite terminal system within an architecture it is developing under the Long Range Hypersonics Weapon (LRHW) program. The testing will be conducted in the context of a broader training exercise; transmissions are expected to limited to a few days within the duration for which this authority is sought. The SNAP terminal system will communicate with a satellite in the Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS).
