Please explain the purpose of operation:
We would like broadcast radar waveforms in the 420 to 450 MHz band. The total transmit power will be about 800 watts total. The transmit array is about 4 wavelengths long for an approximate beam width of about 15 degrees. We plan to do the data collects over a four week period. During that four weeks, our transmitting will be extremely short in duration. In fact, we only plan to transmit one day each week for a total of four days during that four week period. Further during the days we transmit, we only plan to transmit a total of 20 minutes each day (two sessions of 10 minutes each). So over the course of 4 weeks we only plan to transmit a total of about 80 minutes.
