Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As a new requirement to our DoD contract we are installing an Aero-I system at our Marietta Facilities for demonstration, testing and training purposes. This system is a mirror of teh operating systems being installed on board aircraft being produced under DoD contracts. The new requirements request this system be operational as early as 10/20/03.
