Please explain the purpose of operation:
Lockheed Martin Corporation seeks authority to test the performance of the MESA-DAA radar on airborne platforms at its Grand Prairie facility. The MESA-DAA is an electronically scanning detect and avoid radar for small UAS and other aircraft. The current STA will allow testing to validate and improve the performance of the MESA-DAA radar with integrated Lockheed Martin technology.
