Please explain the purpose of operation:
Ground-to-ground and air-to-ground telemetry transmissions from an aircraft to a receiving station to measure aircraft performance. Ground to ground and air to ground telemtry transmissions from an aircraft to a receiving station will be used to measure aircraft performance at altitudes up to 20K feet within a 150 miles of our Marietta, Cobb County, GA facilities.
