Utilize the Restricted Airspace at Ft. Drum LM is in the development phase updating our avionics suite to accommodate fuel cell technology and US DOD requirements. Developmental flights are necessary to evaluate and test our updated avionics.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
For development flights of the Desert Hawk vehicle. LM also requests the use of the range for development flights of the Desert Hawk vehicle to allow for development of the autopilot that will be used in the SURGE-V vehicle. Our requested flight volume is up to 15 km with altitudes up to 2000 ft. AGL.
