Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Lockheed Martin is seeking this STA in order to support a new mission for the launch and deployment of the WorldView-4 satellite on behalf of DigitalGlobe. Launch is scheduled for 15 September 2016, with signal testing expected in advance starting in April 2016. Accordingly, Lockheed Martin is requesting an effective date of April 20, 2016 for this STA. WorldView-4 is a planned third generation commercial Earth observation satellite, designed to be the highest resolution commercial Earth observation satellite in orbit once launched.
