Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We wish to conduct a trial of our ground surveillance radar systems ability to protect borders, lakes, and critical infrastructure facilities for US and Canadian government\military. The B400 radar is a FCC Certified ground surveillance radar. Operation will only be over a 5 day period between June 1st – June 5th, 2015

We will be conducting a joint test and demonstration of our capabilities for US Coast Guard, US Homeland Security Customs and Borders, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and the US and Canadian military. We have a contact from the US government who is organizing this event if needed.
