Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To demonstrate Alcatel-Lucents state of the art WiMax equipment to the Department of the Army CERDEC on a limited time basis only from June 1st to November 1st, 2008 at the Armys Fort Monmouth, NJ facility. As a result of critical nature of these demonstrations, we are requesting an expedited response from the FCC. We have attached a letter from the Dept. of the Army requesting these demonstrations.
