LGS Innovations seeks approval to broadcast in portions of the S and C Band (2200-2300 Mhz and 4500-4900 Mhz) reserved for use by the Federal Government. LGS Innovations does not currently have an active Federal sponsor who could authorize the broadcast in the reserved bands.
