As a technology provider for managed spectrum solutions (virtualized and distributed mobile packet core for 2g, 3g & 4g), Lemko is requesting approval to showcase and validate its technology and economic benefits to potential customers and perform mini pilots including carrier macro solutions to pico small cell solutions.

Please explain the purpose of operation:

Lemko is seeking approval to perform demonstrations and run short-term pilots to validate its technology and economic value to customers including M2M applications and rural WISPs on experimental solutions. For example, this request is to deploy two M2M sites in southern Arizona for a three month pilot for Caterpillar for a proof-of-concept.
