Please explain the purpose of operation:
Temporary interconnectivity of data links at testing site. For ground fixed applications only. We will be testing ground to ground communication for a Navy test event. All frequencies will be controlled and monitored by the events frequency manager. Fixed ground radios will be used as a data link between multiple sites
