All frequencies will be controlled and monitored by the events frequency manager. A fixed directional ground antenna will be used to collect data from an aircraft operating within the Camp Roberts airspace.

All frequencies will be controlled and monitored by the events frequency manager. A fixed directional ground antenna will be used to collect data from an aircraft operating within the Camp Roberts airspace. The aircraft will be operated up to 4000 ft above ground level.
