Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant, a manufacturer of high-quality two-way land mobile radios, is not licensed to use land mobile UHF and 900 MHz radios in New Orleans, Louisiana and requires the use of T-Band channel pairs within TV Channel 14, and as well part of the 900 MHz land mobile allocation for demonstration of two-way land mobile radio products at the APCO trade show in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Earnest T. Morial Convention Center, during the period August 3 to 6, 2014. This is identical to a series of STAs granted to Kenwood at the IWCE trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
