Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We want to use 890MHz-960MHz frequencies for experimental purposes. The 890MHz-960MHz contains licensed and ISM band. Two reasons for requesting an STA: 1. Voice transmission in the license band. 2. Voice transmission in the ISM band which is prohibited according to part 18 ISM rules.
