Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Judd Strategic Technologies (JST) is going to demonstrate Electronic Attack. For the period of three weeks, emitters will emit signals for the technology to collect and geolocate. For the purpose of demonstrating lower frequency electronic attack, some of the emitted signals will need to be in the communications band.
