Please explain the purpose of operation:
JGW International in conjunction with Blighter Surveillance Systems plans to establish and operate a temporary radar test and evaluation site for the purpose of demonstrating the technical and operational capabilities of the Blighter A400 series non-rotating, electronic-scanning passive electronically scanning array, Ku band Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave Doppler surveillance radar. The STA will demonstrate the radar’s ability to effectively detect and track various sUAS targets.
