Please explain the purpose of operation:
JGW International in conjunction with Blighter Surveillance Systems plans to establish and operate a temporary radar test and evaluation site for the purpose of demonstrating the technical and operational capabilities of the Blighter A400 series non-rotating, electronic-scanning passive electronically scanning array, Ku band Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave Doppler surveillance radar. The STA will demonstrate the radar’s ability to enhance ground and coastal security through the rapid detection and tracking of various land and water borne contacts focusing on ground and coastal surveillance and the unit’s ability to systematically differentiate between moving tracks, topographical features, structures, and variations in sea state.
