Applicants components are being integrated into proposed experimental operations conducted by Universities Space Research Association. (File No. 0568-EX-ST-2012). Proposed operations consist of a short duration test, using a picosatellite (10 cm cube) in Low Earth Orbit. The experiment will use a Short Burst Data modem to facilitate communication to misson control, using the Iridium constellations. Cubesat Bell will carry one Iridium modem. We believe an STA is necessary because this involves space to space communications.
