Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are requesting Special Temporary Authority for demonstration purposes at the Small Cell Americas Conference in Dallas on December 2-4. We would like to use the spectrum to demonstrate our new small cell product to potential operators in the United States.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration purposes at the Small Cell Americas Conference We are introducing a new small cell to the market, and would like the opportunity to show selected operators attending the Small Cell Forum Americas conference a demonstration of the new residential and SoHo small cell. We would like to use 5MHz of spectrum in Band 2 (DL: 1985-1990) for a single UMTS carrier. The product is designed for in-building use, and the transmit power will be approximately 10mW (cell range approximately 0.02km). The access point consists of an integrated antenna for inbuilding/low power applications (no external antennas will be used). Also, the access point will only be transmitting during the live customer demonstrations (limited time during the day). The location of the conference is: 2201 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas (N32° 48.0243, W096° 49.8162 ).
