Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Original STA (0366-EX-ST-2000) was obtained for testing of ship's radar pursuant to a contract to overhaul, repair, and modernize 2 LUPO Class Venezuelan frigates. Due to scope changes on the project, the schedule has extended beyond the original completion date and caused the schedule for testing the ship's radar to extend further out in time.
