Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
There is a need to evaluate new radios for our military robots command and control link. These radios operate on a frequency iRobot is not authorized to use.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To evaluate new radios for military robots command and control link. We are evaluating radios that operate in a different frequency band to determine if there is a performance increase in range and reliability. These frequencies are those favoried by our current military customers and they have informally asked us to evaluate them for current and future use with our robot platforms.
