Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA License is necessary to authorize radio transmission of data from the 1HOPSat-TD satellite. This extends the existing STA 1781-EX-ST-2018. Nothing has changed from the original STA. This simply allows more time for taking data on the experiment. This time is needed because the launch was delayed.
