Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We will be operating a tactical cellular systems within licensed spectrum, UMTS in 1900 and 2100 MHz band for test and instrumentation purposes. Our Area of Operation is the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst base south-southeast of Trenton, New Jersey. This is located in a remote area with a fairly low population density. Requested spectrum does NOT appear to be assigned.
