Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary in order to permit the applicant to conduct video production operations at various sporting and news events including golf tournaments, car and other races, parades, basketball and baseball games in various states from the Goodyear Blimp, during the period September 21, 2026 - March 21, 2027. Normal video production activities in authorized LTTS bands pursuant to Goodyear licenses cannot be conducted at these events due to overcrowding by licensed broadcast auxiliary and CARS licensees in these markets.
