Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary in order to permit the applicant to conduct video production operations at various sporting and news events including baseball, soccer and basketball games, car and horse races, football and other events in numerous states including California, Arizona and Texas from the Goodyear Blimp, during the period April 29, 2016 through September 25, 2016. Normal video production activities in authorized LTTS bands pursuant to Goodyear licenses cannot be conducted at these events due to overcrowding by licensed broadcast auxiliary and CARS licensees in these markets.
