Special Temporary Authority application - Initial values - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
GET has developed an M2M distant wireless power transfer system (System), which would enable charging “on the fly.” GET will use this STA to gather data and to demonstrate the System to potential customers. Once fully approved, GET expects that the System would incorporate transmission technology that would: operate within the 100 kHz frequency band; operate at 2 output kilowatts; incorporate coupling for the purpose of keeping signal emissions low; and travel over distances of 10 meters or more.
