We are demonstrating the HOOK3(tm) Combat Survival Radio (CSR), a follow on to AN/PRC-112G. The CSR, which is under development, has not yet been added to the AN/PRC-112G DD1494, and JIFX staff requires a STA.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Demonstration of requested capabilities of the Combat Survival Radio to the Navy at the upcoming Naval Post Graduate School Joint Interoperability Field Exercise (JIFX). The purpose is to demonstrate requested capabilities (RFI Attached) of the CSR to the Navy at the upcoming Naval Post Graduate School Joint Interoperability Field Exercise (JIFX). This is a 4 day exercise in which case all survival oriented features of the CSR will be demonstrated on UHF frequencies, per the Navy CSEL-SU List of Objectives.
