Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
My company develop offender monitoring equipment which operates in the ISM band (868MHz in UK/Europe and 915.25MHz in FCC countries). We cannot test it for range/interoperability in the UK/Europe as we have a different ISM frequency band. We would like to test it in Guam as a field trial.There would be approx. 20 units in the field trial. The units have already been measured for radiated emissions at an accredited test house and are far below the FCC limit - we can provide test results if requested. These test house results would be submitted as part of the FCC certification package if the field trials show no further design changes are needed.
