The purpose of this letter is to request a Special Temporary Authority for the call sign KD46117 which expired on 08/16/2004. Unfortunately, the DBA location of the license did not forward the notice of expiration to the home office of our company which renews the license. We have filed for a waiver of commission rule 1.949 (file # 0001855872).
