Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Fortem Technologies has developed Detect and Avoid (DAA) and Counter Drone (CUAS) radar systems which operate in the Aeronautical Radionavigation(15.4-15.7GHz) and Radiolocation(15.7-16.5) bands respectively. This STA is necessary to support work we are currently doing for AFRL and DARPA contracts on counter-drone technology, work with NASA on drone detect and avoid, and additional work on drones we are proposing to the US DoD (Air Force and Army).
