Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
PhantomNet provides a fully programmable mobile network testbed, suitable for experiments with state-of-the-art packet based mobile networks. We aim to support researchers operating practical implementations of new mobile network designs. An overview of the project is available from: http://phantomnet.us/#about While most PhantomNet users interact with our testbed from remote locations and never see the infrastructure in person, MobiCom will offer a rare opportunity for our team to meet these users and provide a genuine hands-on demonstration of our infrastructure. We hope that such interaction will increase the value of PhantomNet to the current and prospective users in attendance. This operation is in support of program CI-ADDO-NEW (PhantomNet: An End-to-End Mobile Network Testbed) with the National Science Foundation under grant #1305384.
