Enigma Aerospace will conduct research and development flight testing of an autonomous fixed-wing UAS platform within the defined operational area and altitude limits of Devens RFTA. The purpose of the operation is to evaluate the in-flight performance, range, and capabilities of the entire subscale platform during representative flight profiles. RF transmissions will consist of: a 2.4 GHz FASSTest remote control radio link (Futaba 16IZS ground transmitter and R7208SB airborne unit); a 902–928 MHz frequency-hopping telemetry link (RFD900x-US modems at both the ground control station and the aircraft). Operations will be confined to the boundaries and scheduled periods authorized by Range Control.
