Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
EMG USA requests that the Commission grant temporary authority to operate on three channels in the 2200-2300 and 3300- 3400 MHz with a 10MHz bandwidth on 9/9/2026 until 9/13/2026 with intermittent usage. EMG plans to use three channels in the 2200-2300 MHz range if it can be approved in the area during the mentioned dates. If this cannot be accommodated, could we please not deny this request and approve for the 3300- 3400 MHz channels. As explained below, EMG USA is filing an STA request for the Live Television Transmission of OS Studio’s coverage of a “Blizzcon”. EMG USA submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. TNDV has contracted EMG USA to provide the necessary microwave for Live Transmission of this event. Due to the extreme frequency in the Anaheim, CA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional television and news coverage of the special event, EMG USA requests the use of channels in the 2200-2300 MHz telemetry band. EMG USA certifies that the operation of the requested channels for the purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Grant of the instant request for STA in the 2200-2300 and 3300-3400 MHz Band would serve the public interest by enabling EMG USA to supply the requested remote video coverage for this event. The proposed service would enhance coverage of the event by providing on the spot pictures from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the Production Company.
