Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Testing, verification, and validation of prototype radar built for Government customer. An STA is necessary due to the experimental nature of the current prototype. This will not be the final version of this product, therefore only an STA is need for testing at this time. We will also be coordinating with the Government for all other appropriate documentation to be used on test ranges (DD1494, etc.).

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Radar is used for UAS, and rockets, artillery, and mortar (RAM) detection for defense purposes. Eikon will do small range, outdoor testing (<3km) to validate hardware operation and tracking algorithm software developed internally by Eikon.
