Tom McGowan (USSOCOM Science and Technology Directorate Support, Comm: (813) 826-6907, DSN: 299, NIPR: Thomas.mcgowan.ctr@socom.mil) has instructed us by the Spectrum community to have all frequency related experiments apply for/provide a FCC Special Temporary Authority (STA) for operations onboard Camp Atterbury-Muscatatuck to March 2018 USSOCOM Technical Experimentation (TE) 18-2 event.
