Please explain the purpose of operation:
Request authorization to operate spread spectrum and research effectiveness under weak signal conditions. Compare against other digital modes such as JT65A, Olivia, MT63 and PSK31. Experiments will be conducted on a non-interference basis and only on requested frequencies where there is no interference to the Amateur radio service.
