Dish Wireless would like to conduct 5G testing in Yuma, Arizona, utilizing the 3GPP Band n70 frequency range 1695-1710 MHz . Dish has been in conversation with Dept. of Defence and has their consent to proceed with this STA application. Dish respectfully requests the Commission to grant an Special Temporary Authorization to field test in this range.
